More awards

A few of my blog friends were so kind enough to give me some awards, hooray!

First, the lemonade award from Queen-Size Funny bone... and Through Thick n Thin


And next there is the Christmas Spirit Award given to me by a new friend, Heather, from Random wandering thoughts


Here's the rules to the christmas spirit award

You must be a true Christmas lover to receive this award. The person to whom you give the award must also be in love with Christmas. You must link back to the person who gave you the award. You must list 5 things that you love about Christmas. If you can't limit it to 5 things, then keep going till you run out of space! Pass the award along to as many people as you like. That can be 1 or 50. It's up to you! But, you must pass it on to at least one person in order to keep the Christmas cheer going! What I love about christmas

1. Surprising people with Christmas gifts expertly disguised in boxes that don't give away what's inside.

2. Decorating the tree

3. Driving around looking at the lights and decorations of other people

4. Buying a poinsettia (hybrids are the neatest) or christmas cactus

5. Opening up gifts while the animals are around running through the wrappings
