1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
I love wrapping paper a lot more than gift bags, but the older I get the more I appreciate the ease of a bag, but it's cheating in my not so humble opinion.
2. Real tree or Artificial?
Real trees are so much cooler than artificial ones coz they look different each year, but wow are they messy.
3. When do you put up the tree?
About the 2nd week of December, I don't get the ppl who put it up the day after Thanksgiving.
4. When do you take the tree down?
New years day. Again, I don't get ppl who take it down the day after Xmas, that's just too sad, the season ain't ova yet until the apple drops!
5. Do you like eggnog?
Yes, and the more alcohol added the better, woohoo!
6. Favorite gift received as a child?
Kitchen set (fridge, sink and stove/oven) It was actually metal!

My Aunt. She doesn't collect anything, have any hobbies, and has everything already in her senior years.
8. Easiest person to buy for?
ME! Now gimmie a gift, lol.
9. Do you have a nativity scene?
I don't have any in my own home, but there are several in the home I'm currently residing, very beautiful, just not my thing.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards?
I used to send a ton of snail mail cards but for the past few years everyone has been sending email cards, so I got on the bandwagon and sent them too.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received?
A hot water bottle.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie?
I love How the Grinch Stole Christmas, I could watch it a million times and still not get enough.
13. When do you start shopping?
I don't have an official start because I shop all year long, especially when I see things while I'm on vacation, when they're on sale OR when I notice someone checking something out when I'm shopping with them.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present?
Many times. I never understood what was so taboo about that. If I don't want it, why throw it away, maybe someone else will want it.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Christmas cookies and Christmas pickles (not necessarily at the same time).
16. Lights on the tree?
I like colored ones most of the time, but clear ones do make a pretty statement.
17. Favorite Christmas song? I love the songs from the Ren and Stimpy Crock O Christmas soundtrack. I mean who could beat such great songs as "Cat Hairballs" and "We wish you a hairy chestwig?"
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home?
Up until the demise of my marriage last year I wanted to stay home, but eh, now all I want to do is not be at home and travel.
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? I like a star or one of those pointy ornament tree topper thingies.
21. Open presents on Christmas Eve or morning?
Christmas morning.
23. Favorite ornament?
No favorites here, I've got WAY too many ornaments, I think I could decorate 10 trees.
24. Favorite for Christmas dinner?
Last year I was very anti-christmas so we ate at a chinese restaurant and wow was it yummy and someone else cleaned up afterwards, ya can't beat that!
25. What do you want for Christmas this year?
I just want to get through it without any major health problems like I had last year. But I still haven't got my trip to Ireland I hint at each year.

Every Who down in Whoville likes your blog a lot...but the Grinch, who wrote this comment, does NOT.
(she LOOOVES it!)
If you get your trip to Ireland, don't forget my house. We can light the stinky-fire and watch the rain run down the windows together.
Great post!
I was going to get you a hot water bottle for XMas. Now it's back to the drawing board!
I really liked this one, I can see it appearing on my blog one of these days...
Great answers!
You would like the song "The Twelve Pains of Christmas", I think!
On the Chinese restaurant, why am I suddenly picturing the last scene of A Christmas Story?
What is a Christmas pickle?
Found your Blog thru my sister, Coffee Slut and her good friend, Jodi and I really enjoy it.
